Maslon is seeking a lateral attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Law practice. Our lawyers represent employers in virtually all aspects of their employee and labor relations. Qualified candidates must have significant counseling and litigation experience with superior knowledge of the law, a strong commitment to client service, the ability to work efficiently to help our clients problem solve, communication and drafting skills that inspire the confidence of our clients, a willingness to generate publications and speak in public to help our clients stay on top of workplace developments.

Insurance Coverage Associate

Maslon LLP is seeking attorney candidates with 5+ years of experience to join its Insurance Coverage Team. Maslon’s Insurance Recovery Group is a leading practice at the firm and well known for its complex work and successful results throughout the Midwest and the U.S. Past insurance experience should include litigating (for policyholders or insurance companies) and/or counseling external or internal clients with respect to third-party liability and first-party insurance matters.

Financial Services Associate
Description
Maslon LLP is seeking an associate with 5+ years of experience to work in its Financial Services practice group. A successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to work well in a fast paced environment. This position provides an excellent opportunity to do sophisticated legal work in a mid-size law firm setting. Prior experience with corporate trust, corporate or municipal bond structures, asset securitizations, bankruptcy, or representation of financial institutions acting in various agency roles, is preferred.
