Hueston Hennigan LLP is an elite national trial and litigation law firm that specializes in high-stakes business disputes. Our offices are located in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, California. Although we are based in Southern California, we are recognized across the country and internationally for our trial skills and creative problem-solving and for having achieved historical results in some of the most complex and challenging cases. Attorneys play a significant role in all stages of litigations and investigations, with responsibilities that include preparing research memoranda; drafting discovery documents, pleadings, correspondence, and motions; assisting with and attending witness interviews, client meetings, court hearings and meetings with government officials; and assisting with deposition and trial preparation.

We welcome OnRamp candidates for either our Los Angeles or Newport Beach offices. Many of our partners have young children, and we have, through traditional hiring, attorneys who work with us part-time and/or after returning from work for a hiatus. While we treasure our culture and hope that you can join us in the office to meet and form relationships with our attorneys, remote work is permitted.

Education and Experience:

• Admitted to practice in California
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Excellent academic performance at top tier law school
• Business litigation experience and trial experience is a plus

• Record of managing complex cases
