An Attorney Coach since 2002, I have worked with millennial associates to succeed on the job and have a 94% success rate guiding attorneys and professionals who are unhappy or feel stuck, find the purpose, meaning and satisfaction they’re seeking in their careers.
I understand the demands of legal work as an Attorney Coach and Director of Training & Professional Development at Patton Boggs, LLP in Washington, DC and from working with lawyers in law firms, government agencies, and associations for 25+ years.
A graduate of the prestigious Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program and a Professional Certified Coach, I hold a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and have provided training and published articles on mentoring, communications, executive presence, team building, work/life balance, and leadership.
Coaching Clientele
The majority of my career transition coaching clients (75%) have been lawyers and professionals in the legal field.
Coaching Process
I typically work with clients for 6 – 8 one hour coaching sessions over a three-month period. My Career Assessment helps my clients discover with certainty the type of law and environment that will bring them fulfillment in their career. For individuals seeking leadership or executive coaching, I use the Leadership Circle 360 assessment and other assessments depending on the goals of the client. I have a global clientele and work over the phone, Skype and in person.

I am dedicated to guiding my client to achieve results. What I expect from my coaching clients is dedication to the coaching process, i.e., showing up on time, following through on assignments, and being fully engaged and uninterrupted during the sessions, so they can get the best results possible from the process and from working with me.
Background Information on Clients
If an attorney is referred to me by a partner or HR person and expected to achieve a specific performance goal, I will interview the appropriate people to make sure I’m clear on the expectations and my client is too, so I can assist my coaching client in achieving the goal.

Fee Structure & Ranges
My fee structure is based on the needs of the client. I offer leadership and executive coaching sessions that start at $300 per hour and a 6-session career fulfillment package that includes my unique career assessment, job landing strategies and targeted resume and LinkedIn makeover that begins at $1,997. I always offer a complimentary coaching session to answer any questions you may have.
