I work with organizations in the US and the UK/Europe to create practical solutions to meet their leadership and strategy goals. My bespoke leadership programming, often supported with team and one-to-one coaching, centers on the development of core individual, team, and organizational leadership skills. My strategy work focuses on designing, clarifying, and implementing team, departmental, and organizational strategies.

In addition to working with private clients, I collaborate with London Business School’s Leadership Institute and Harvard Law School Executive Education (HLSEE) on leadership-related research and teaching. I’m the immediate past Executive Director of HLSEE; before that, I directed curriculum design and client coaching at a Harvard Business School-based ed-tech startup. I began my career as an attorney, spending 18 years in major US-based law firms, both practicing law and in learning and development roles, with an emphasis on leadership.
