Banking and Commercial Finance Attorney – Los Angeles

Thompson Coburn is seeking an attorney with 7+ years of experience to join our real estate and finance practice in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a background representing lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions, including mortgage warehouse and servicing rights transactions. Experience representing owners in general real estate transactions (acquisition and sale) also preferred. This role requires strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills, and the ability to navigate complex transactions and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be admitted to California Bar.
